These Terms of Service govern your use of the Averyville Art Studio website and purchases made through our online store. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

About Averyville Art Studio

Averyville Art Studio offers artist-directed artwork and made-to-order fine art prints through this website.

Artwork may be created using a combination of concept development, digital tools, image-generation technology, refinement, selection, editing, and final artistic curation.

Online Store

You may browse the website without making a purchase.

When you place an order, you agree that the information you provide, including your name, email address, billing information, and shipping address, is accurate and complete.

You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement in your jurisdiction.

Products and Artwork

We make reasonable efforts to display artwork, product descriptions, dimensions, colors, and other details accurately.

Because computer monitors and mobile devices display colors differently, the appearance of colors on your screen may differ slightly from the finished print.

Minor variations caused by printing materials, production processes, and lighting conditions are not considered defects.

Frames, display accessories, furniture, or room settings shown in mockups or promotional images are not included unless specifically stated in the product listing.

Made-to-Order Production

Averyville Art Studio prints are produced to order.

Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for production and dispatch unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page.

Production and delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occasionally occur because of production volume, carriers, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change from time to time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been successfully placed and paid for.

Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout where required.

Any shipping charges, when applicable, will be displayed before the customer completes payment.

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

Averyville Art Studio may cancel or decline an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

suspected fraud or unauthorized payment;
incorrect pricing or product information;
inability to produce or fulfill the ordered item;
duplicate or obviously accidental orders; or
circumstances that make fulfillment impractical or impossible.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been collected, the appropriate amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Limited Editions

When an artwork is identified as a Limited Edition, the stated edition size represents the number of prints Averyville Art Studio intends to make available within that edition.

Edition information will be described on the applicable product page.

Once an edition is sold out or formally retired, additional prints will not be offered as part of that same numbered edition.

Open Editions

Artwork identified as an Open Edition is not restricted to a predetermined number of prints.

Averyville Art Studio may discontinue or retire an Open Edition at any time.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because prints are made to order, customers should contact Averyville Art Studio as quickly as possible if they need to request a cancellation or correction.

If production has not begun, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request.

Once production has begun, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.

Returns, Damage, and Defects

Returns, replacements, refunds, damaged shipments, defective prints, and incorrect orders are handled according to the Averyville Art Studio Refund & Return Policy.

Customers should inspect their order after delivery and contact Averyville Art Studio promptly if there is a genuine problem.

Shipping

Shipping and fulfillment are governed by the Averyville Art Studio Shipping Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable shipping address.

Averyville Art Studio is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer-provided information or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the artwork, images, written descriptions, studio names, collection names, graphics, website content, and other original material presented on this website are owned by or used with permission by Averyville Art Studio.

Purchasing a physical print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

Artwork purchased from Averyville Art Studio may not be reproduced, copied, scanned, distributed, commercially exploited, used to create derivative merchandise, or resold as a reproduction without prior written permission.

A customer may, of course, resell the physical print they lawfully purchased.

Acceptable Use

You may not use this website:

for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
to interfere with the security or operation of the website;
to attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or information;
to transmit malicious software or harmful code;
to scrape, copy, or systematically reproduce website content for commercial purposes; or
in a manner that infringes the rights of Averyville Art Studio or others.

Third-Party Services

Averyville Art Studio uses third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, production providers, fulfillment providers, and shipping carriers.

Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Averyville Art Studio is not responsible for the independent operation of third-party websites or services beyond our reasonable control.

Website Availability and Errors
